You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Seeds of Hope Armenia and its affiliates from and against any and all third-party claims or demands and any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, payments and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees that could arise out of your use of the Seeds of Hope Armenia website or Services.
TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Website, use any Seeds of Hope Armenia services, or participate in the program as a user and, notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, this agreement will remain in effect even after your participation in a project is terminated. Whether or not you are and remain eligible to participate in any of our services will be determined by Seeds of Hope Armenia in its sole discretion. DONATION REFUND POLICY
Donations are normally non-refundable. For donations made using the SeedsOfHopeArmenia.org website, if you have made an error in making your donation, we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 days of your donation. To request a refund email us at info@seedsofhopearmenia.org. Refund are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will credited to that same credit card.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement between you and Seeds of Hope Armenia is in its entirety and it cannot be modified without the written consent of Seeds of Hope Armenia. This agreement also cannot be modified orally. If any part of this agreement is deemed to be invalid, the rest of the agreement will still have effect.
